Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding industry as a top females. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her father worked as a bodybuilder, her siblings also played activities like hockey on ice. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports like soccer, basketball as well as softball prior to getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha earned her professional card after her victory at her first NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she began competing that was the year 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete with a 9th-place finish. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. Fourth place was her top place. The "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reason.
